About Our Journey
Founded by Producer and Recording Engineer Steven Miller, Well Water Records was built from a passion for authentic music production and a commitment to helping artists bring their vision to life.
The studio first gained recognition through the production of The First of My Kind, the 2025 debut album by award-winning musician Troy Breslow — a project that brought together talented creatives from across the Hampton Roads music community and beyond.
With nearly 20 years of experience in recording, mixing, production, and live audio environments, Steven takes a collaborative approach focused on capturing strong performances with a polished sound that feels genuine to the vision of the artist. Every project is approached with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.
In addition to engineering and production services, artists also have access to creative collaboration opportunities with Troy Breslow, whose songwriting, performance, and artistic perspective can help bring additional depth and direction to a project when desired.
Well Water Records also works closely with a growing network of trusted session musicians and creative professionals, allowing artists access to additional instrumentation, arrangement support, and collaborative talent when needed.
